Order and Delivery

Average Delivery Time ElleGems Amsterdam works with various suppliers who handle the final delivery for you. This allows us to save significantly on transport, storage, and packaging costs and offer products at a competitive price.

Processing Time:

Orders placed before 10:00 PM (GMT+01:00) are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days.

What does the delivery process look like for orders in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Poland, and the United Kingdom?

  • We have a processing time of 1-2 business days.
  • The average delivery time is 7 to 12 days.
  • The average delivery time for liquid products is 8-14 days.

Shipping Costs

We cover the shipping costs for all our products worldwide. They are shipped to you free of charge. There is no minimum order value. This means no shipping fees are charged for orders to:

  • Netherlands: Free shipping
  • Belgium: Free shipping
  • France: Free shipping
  • Poland: Free shipping
  • United Kingdom: Free shipping

What happens if I do not pick up the package at the post office/service point or refuse a package?

If you do not pick up your package or refuse it, it will be returned to us. The package will then be registered by us as 'not picked up': we will charge a €10 administration fee. The remaining order amount will be refunded to you - in the same way you originally paid for the order.

If you regret your order and want to cancel it, you must pick up the package and then return it to us. This way, it will not be registered as a 'not picked up' package!

What happens if I provided an incorrect or incomplete address causing the package not to be delivered?

In this case, the carrier will immediately return the package to the sender. The package will then be registered by us as 'Incorrect delivery address': we will charge a €10 administration fee. The remaining order amount will be refunded to you - in the same way you originally paid for the order.

Order Cancellation and Returns

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. After 24 hours, our orders enter the processing stage and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

Want to return an order? Please contact us first at info@ellegems.nl to receive a return label. Note: you must print this return label yourself. Returns are always at the sender’s risk; return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
